Earlier today a Long Island judge ruled that mogul 50 Cent will be allowed to spend time with his son beginning this month.

According to New York’s Daily News, Judge David Freundlich granted the multi-platinum selling rapper visitation rights with his 11 year-old son, Marquise, letting them see each other every other weekend until 50’s custody trial begins in October.

Promising to continue with his high-priced and expensive lifestyle, Fif stressed his excitement over the ruling.

“I’m going to hang out with some [women],” 50 told Daily News. “Make some music, make some movies and continue to kick it.”

Ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins has agreed to drop Marquise every other Friday evening at a police station in Queens, New York where only 50’s grandmother or driver will be permitted to pick him up. The strict restriction comes after she won an order of protection against him.

The custody trial is currently scheduled for Wednesday, October 22 in Suffolk County Family Court.

In related news, the G-Unit leader is headed back to the big screen this week with the highly anticipated crime and action flick Righteous Kill. Appearing alongside of acting greats Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, 50 plays the role of “Spider” in a film based on two New York City detectives on the hunt for a possible serial killer.

Righteous Kill hits theaters this Friday, September 12.
