I-cient-cy Mau is a prolific artist that will leave you pondering after hearing the lyrics to his songs. Soon to be one of Jamaica’s reggae ambassadors, he was born and raised in Trench Town Jamaica and developed his skill using his everyday struggles and the strong influences from Bob Marley and the Wailers.

I-cient-cy; growing up in Trench Town the catalyst for Reggae music, has inherited that unique sound founded by his predecessors. His debut Album “When Words come to Life” has a roots rock sound, mix with a combination of strong vocals over melodic drum and bass. It is the true, ghetto experience, all blended in harmony. The first two single off the Album “WORKS TO DO, and STRUGGLE’’ pack a solid one two punch, that will, have the world wanting more. Both singles has been #1 on the BESS FM Culture Chart, here in Jamaica, and is getting good rotation on radio station throughout the World.
