Cop Claims She Found Lil Wayne With A Gun On His Tour Bus

A New York police officer testified in a pretrial hearing today (September 8) that she caught Lil Wayne with a gun on his tour bus last year.

As report ed earlier, Wayne was arrested on a weapons possession charge last July after a 9mm was found in his tour bus following a performance with Ja Rule at Manhattan’s Beacon Theatre.

According to The Associated Press, Officer Diane Hornung testified Monday that she got on the bus after smelling marijuana and found Wayne sitting on a bed in his underwear trying to hide something in a bag.

While Wayne got dressed, Hornung claims she looked inside the bag and found a loaded .9mm handgun.

Wayne, who appeared at the hearing, has pleaded not guilty to the weapons possession charges. He faces to three and a half years in prison if convicted.
