Singjay Mr Vegas is having perhaps his most successful European tour ever as his highly anticipated pre-album tour is drawing big crowds.

However, the artiste ran into what could have been a huge ‘roadblock’, but he made what some would call the “politically correct” move in the best interest ofhis career and the music.

“Yo the thing mad I had to meet with the Mayor of Berlin and sign a paper not to discriminate, or perform any songs advocating hatred towards any group or religion, failure to do so would have led to the cancelation of the shows and my possible barring from the European Union,” Mr Vegas explained via email.

“The show went on and turned out to be the best club show I have ever done in Europe. I sang Redemption Song, One Love, Buffalo Soldier, Don’t Worry from Bob Marley’s catalogue,” he said.

According to Mr Vegas’ management, the crowd gave a frenzied response to those reggae favourites. Then Vegas then paused to tell the large crowd that “no one piece of paper can stop me from performing and spreading the true music from Jamaica”.

“We are all about peace, love and Godliness,” he said, then segued into his own hits such as I Am Blessed, Heads High, Tek Weh Yuself and then climaxed with Man A Gallis.

The tour continued to Denmark the following night after and Vegas continue his pre-album tour through France, Finland, England, Spain and other European territories.
