DENYQUE made a Bold Statement at the Youth View Awards 2010

Kingston, Jamaica: It was an Elegant Affair indeed on Saturday February 6, 2010 at the National Indoor Arena, where the stars came out to shine on a night, where they hope to be awarded for their efforts in 2009. For ‘Supεяwomαn’ DENYQUE, being nominated as Favourite / Best New Artiste in less than 12 months, the nomination was quiet an impressive accomplishment for her.

She strut her way along the red carpet where she opened the showcase with a performance of her debut single “Can’t Breathe” to a loud crowd response. THE STAR recaps, “when THE STAR reached the event, newcomer Denyque was just taking the stage performing Can’t Breathe. Dressed in black and white, the young singer made a statement with a bold ensemble.”

She then went into her Equiknox produced hit single “Oh So Good” and her performance ignited the crowd and immediately set the stage for what turned out to be an incredible night. Denyque’s “bold statement” did not stop their, she also made her presence felt while presenting the award, solo, for the Best Sports Team, which she walked away with for her own team #TeamDenyque, as a representative for the Reggae Boyz was not in attendance.

As the night came to an end, her fans screamed and shouted that DENYQUE is everybody’s favourite & best new artiste of 2009. Supεяwomαn is flying high as the face of Wray & Nephew Rum Cream, the face of Yahdie Conscious along with her stunning performances and breathtaking singles, no doubt that 2010 is the year that Denyque will be topping the charts.
