DMX's Phoenix lawyer revealed yesterday (August 13) that the embattled rapper is currently in a Miami hospital. On (August 11), a Phoenix judge issued an arrest warrant for DMX after he failed to appear in court for a hearing relating to drug possession charges. Troubled rapper DMX has been accused of using a false identity to avoid paying hospital medical expenses. The Associated Press reports the rapper (born Earl Simmons) was picked up about 1:30 p.m. on Monday (June 23) by Miami Dade County Police.
