  For months REDjet had been awaiting approval from Jamaica on its application to fly between Kingston and Barbados. Last night Lieutenant Colonel Oscar Derby, the director general of the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority, said the low-cost carrier received the all-clear from his agency.
