Anderson and tour-mates Michael Franti and Spearhead will appear on ‘Ellen’ to perform their hit song Say Hey (I Love You) today (Wednesday, October 7). The tune, featuring Anderson, is produced by legendary hitmakers Sly and Robbie.

The song is currently number 22 on the Hot 100 Billboard Chart. Charting on Billboard is a first for both Anderson and Michael Franti and Spearhead. Say Hey is also number 19 on the Pop Songs charts, number 40 among Radio Songs, number 18 on Digital Songs Charts, number 13 on iTunes and is number 84 on the Canadian Billboard Hot 100.

According to Anderson, “This is really an exciting time as we have been very busy promoting Say Hey. I also love the fact that this record was produced and recorded in Kingston, Jamaica and has such mass appeal worldwide.”

‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ can be seen daytime on NBC, check your local listings.
