Crown Production Working With Reggae and Dancehall Royalty

Not many producers can honestly state that their catalog includes projects with past, present, and future greats such as Luciano, Sizzla, Half Pint, Scare Dem Crew, Munga Honorable and a slew of upcoming dancehall talents. However, music producer Ansel Owen who is the CEO of Crown Production has the midas touch which has allowed his to produce a melting pot of sounds that span various genres and generations.

“I have been in the music industry for close to twenty years and while I have always opted to remain behind the scenes I have always been a hard worker in the field. From day one I never wanted to limit myself to one style of music because as a lover of music, I wanted to present a variety of content for listeners to enjoy and appreciate just as how I would” stated Owen.

The witty producer added that he is also keen on working with new talent as he is of the view that fresh talent must always be highlighted in order for the music to move forward.

“I am a producer that nuh fraid fi give a youth a change fi guh a road and that is why yuh see me a try wild people like 1SugaDon and many other young talents because this is the only way for the industry to continue growing globally” stated Owen.

Currently, Crown Production is busy in the studio adding the finishing touches to a soon-to-be-released riddim compilation as well as working on singles for a plethora of established and upcoming artists.
