Fantan Mojah’s “Real Manager” and Family Issues Statement

The management and family of Fantan Mojah continue to mourn the passing of Owen Lennox Moncrieffe, known worldwide as Fantan Mojah, who passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Fantan Mojah was a beloved father, devoted Rastafarian and respected reggae artist whose music carried messages of faith, truth, resilience and upliftment to audiences in Jamaica and around the world.

We wish to make it clear that Ray Stephens has had no involvement with Fantan Mojah for nearly four years and is not authorized to represent or speak on behalf of Fantan Mojah, his family or his estate on any platform.

At the time of his passing, Fantan Mojah was managed by Unstoppable Fyah and Carey James, who remain the authorized management representatives.

All official information regarding funeral arrangements and related matters will be communicated by the family or their authorized representatives. We respectfully ask the public and the media to rely solely on these official updates and to respect the privacy of Fantan Mojah’s family and close friends during this difficult time.
