M4gyver Banks on Money Is The Target

Uk.based dancehall artiste M4gyver has high hopes for 2026. The deejay says his belief in himself and his music has been the foundation of his musical career. At present, he has placed all his musical stock in his latest single, “Money Is The Target,” which gained traction in the underground United Kingdom musical scene. The artiste says his current focus is to grow his Jamaican fan base.

“Jamaica Is The home of dancehall, and it is also my home suh even though me like the UK buzz and ting a yard di ting deh yuh zimmie. I have so many new songs to release in short order; however, at present the focus is on Money Is The Target, which is already playing at most of the weekly events in Jamaica,” M4gyver stated.

Born Mark Mullings, the Kingston native says he grew up in a musical circle and as such it was not long before he started dabbling with different styles of delivery as he tried to imitate the voices of his childhood era.

“My parents did not allow me to go to street dances where my favorite artistes would perform live. However, the music systems were so loud that it was like I was in audience while at home. I used to love hearing the roof rattle as the bass thumped through the walls of the humble dwelling i grew up in. As a youth, I promised myself that I would one day hear my voice through those speakers, and I never stopped trying until i did” stated M4gyver.

Currently, the deejay says he is gearing up to release a cluster of singles to follow up his Money Is The Target single. He is also enjoying the support of several selectors and social media influencers.
