Tupac’s Family Says They Will Sue If Alleged Sex Tape Is Released

If Tupac’s family has their way, the recently revealed 1991 sex tape will never been seen.

According to TMZ, the late rapper’s estate said they will sue anyone who attempts to distribute the footage. After all, only Pac’s estate has the right to use his image for commercial sue.

Tupac’s mother, Afeni Shakur, is said to be aware of the alleged sex tape — and has told her spokesperson, “Get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out.”

The estate believes the person attempting to sell the tape is actually one of the individuals in it — including the leading lady.

Earlier this week, TMZ revealed news that there is footage, from 1991, that show the iconic rap star receiving oral sex from an unknown women in the middle of a house party.

It’s reportedly five minutes in length, and shows Pac receiving oral se while singing along to one of his songs.

Further details about who owns the footage is unknown. However, several companies has put in six-figure offers to buy the footage.
