Una Morgan First Solo Performance at Caribbean Fashion Week 2010 (CFW)

Una Morgan, known as a member of reggae group Morgan Heritage has also been embarking on a solo career. Her first singles “Giving” and “Wine For Me (Shake It)” feat Cecile are in international rotation and steadily making Una a house hold name as one of the most outstanding female artists in the reggae scene.

CFW 2010 (Pulse Caribbean Fashion Week) is celebrating the 10th anniversary in starting on June 15th 2010. CFW, held annually in Kingston, Jamaica is one of the main fashion events in the region and has grown to be a fashion week to be reckoned with putting Caribbean designers and models on the international fashion circuit. International media, models, designers and celebrities are part of the fashion spectacle to unfold in Kingston featuring runway shows, fashion parties as well as live performances.

Una Morgan will be one of the artists performing this year, joining the ranks of Kelly Rowland, Tami Chynn and Cherine Anderson who have performed at CFW in the past. This year’s performances include Johnny Gill and Katia Cadet as well as Una Morgan. Una’s performance will be at the Runway Show on Sunday June 20th at the national Indoor Sports Center in Kingston.

Renowned fashion stylist, choreographer and designer Dexter Pottinger will be styling Una for CFW and her performance. Una says she is excited about having Dexter on board to ensure she looks amazing for her first performance as a solo artist.

With an international tour, a solo album, a new reality show as well as a clothing line in the making Una Morgan is working steadily to be on top of the business. She merges her passion for music, fashion and the arts with her musical skills and talent as well as her business suave to take her career to the next level and shares her outstanding musical and creative talents with her fans and indeed music lovers around the globe.
