Dancehall artiste David 'Mavado' Brooks was arrested and charged yesterday on two counts of shooting with intent and illegal possession of firearm, stemming from an incident last year. Brooks was arrested after he turned himself over to the Kingston and St Andrew Major Investigation Task Force at their downtown offices yesterday.
